  • Ken absolutely goes above and beyond! Not to mention he’s one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and is always punctual and quick to respond paying close attention to every detail and request. We have cats and dogs and one small child and a teenager! With white carpets!!! I thought we were going to have to replace it all! After he came he had the carpet looking like new in no time! It was a Great weight off my shoulders! We had a few tough spots that required extra attention and he got them up offering to come back and go over them again if we needed. We had spilled barbecue sauce that i was positive was never gonna come out.... after he left I couldn’t even find where it was anymore! I thought I was going to have to give up on carpeting altogether but after seeing what Ken can do I know I don’t have to!

  • First and foremost this is a top rate company !! We had a rental property that had terrible cat urine smell and lots of stains,,it was bad . He went above and beyond , spent more than two hours on this home and the carpets have never looked better .. and the smell is GONE!! Would recommend to anyone.   • Had my upholstery done a few days ago. It looks phenomenal! I have suede material and was worried about how it would look afterward because sometimes those water stains show after a day or so. I guess I was worried for nothing because it just looks and smells clean. Plus Dirtbusters said if anything like that happened they would come back out free of charge so that was nice. Not many companies stand behind their work now and days so it's good to find ones that do.

  • I moved to s.c to my new house and needed a my carpet recleaned after the movers was done and I called several carpet cleaning companies and they came out and gave estimates and after all the disappointments with the prices and the hastle with the time schedules that was available I went to work and asked a co worker who they would recommend and they suggested the company Dirt Busters and I at frist though that is a good name for a company and I asked some questions and every thing sound legit and called and set and appoint\ment and it all to my suprise went well. The Dirtbusters Carpet Cleaner came out and he gave me and estimate and also infromed me about the specials that was going on with the company in my area and allowed me to get the specia that day and for the appointment I set up fpor 2 days later. They were on time and allowed me to set the appointment to best fit my schedule and every thing went well.I called two other carpet cleaner and thier sevice stinks compaired to the service I got from Dirtbusters I would recommend them any day to any one.
